• Participants who register on the forum, held at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum to be submitted to the Organizing Committee of the SPIEF 2013 and, if approved, the person applied, will be sent a written invitation. The Organizing Committee of the 2013 SPIEF has right without giving any reason to refuse the invitation to the person who submitted the request.
• Each member of the forum will receive a contract in confirmation and guarantee of participation.
